The time frame for deploying employees from Sri Lanka varies depending on the destination. For countries in the Middle East, the process is relatively quicker. However, for destinations like Romania, it may take around 5-6 months. Rest assured, all employees are duly registered with the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment before departure. Could you please explain your candidate selection process and the specific criteria you consider before recommending them to us?
Initially, we conduct thorough checks on candidates’ family backgrounds and criminal records through police certificates. We also ensure a medical examination to confirm their good health, essential for fulfilling their work responsibilities during the contract period without issues. Additionally, every candidate undergoes a training process conducted by the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment. Once these steps are satisfactorily completed, we proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process.
Could you detail the measures and procedures you implement to prevent employees from leaving their assigned companies prematurely?
To ensure employee commitment, we collaborate with legal firms to draft contracts binding the employee for a minimum of two years. These contracts are co-signed with their guardians (mother, father, wife, or husband) in Sri Lanka, providing a layer of accountability and reducing the likelihood of employees leaving their posts. The family members are responsible under these agreements, and all details are submitted to the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment for additional verification and oversight.

අප ආයතනය විදේශ සේවා නියුක්ති කාර්යංශයේ 1985 අංක 21 දරණ විදේශ සේවා ආයතන ලියාපදිංචි කිරිමේ පනත යටතේ ලියාපදිංචි කර ඇති අතර 2007 අංක 07 දරණ සමාගම් ලියාපදිංචි කිරිමේ පනත යටතේ වර්ෂ 2018 සැප්තැම්බර් මස 20 වන දින අපගේ ආයතනය පෞද්ගලික සමාගමක් වශයෙන් ලියාපදිංචි වි ඇත. ඒ අනුව විදේශ සේවා නියුක්ති කාර්යංශයේ අපගේ ලියාපදිංචි අංකය 3196 වේ.

ඔබ සියලු ලියකියවිලි අප හට භාර දි සම්මුඛ පරික්ෂණයට මුහුණ දි ඔබව තෝරා ගැනිමෙන් පසුව මැද පෙරදිග රටවල් සදහා මාස 01 ක කාලයක් ද, යුරෝපා රටවල් සදහා මාස 04 ක කාලයක් ද, නැගෙනහිර ආසියාතික රටවල් සදහා මාස 01 ක කාලයක් ද ගත වේ. ඔබ යාමට අදහස් කරනු ලබන රට සහ ඔබ තෝරා ගනු ලබන රැකියා අංශය මත අය කිරිම වෙනස් වේ.
